Follow these very simple steps to share your desktop with a Neuro-Assist Remote Support.

Click on the "NEURO assist technical support" button on the left to DOWNLOAD and RUN nats_qs.exe - an extremely small utility.

Upon starting the utility (by double clicking on it), you will see the following window:

Please communicate the first number (Session ID) to me (in this case 2277296) as well as Session Password (in this case 3217).

The first number will always stay the same with your system. For enhanced security new password is generated with every start of the new session.

Upon receiving those numbers from you, I will be able to connect and control your system. The connection is now set up without further delay - simple, fast and secure!
